We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior Site Manager to join our team on a construction project in the UK. This role is ideal for professionals with up to 3–4 years of experience who are looking to gain valuable UK project experience in a technically demanding and high-impact environment.
You will be part of a project team, gaining hands-on exposure to healthcare construction standards, quality control and site coordination.
🛠️Responsabilities
Day-to-day site supervision and coordination of subcontractors
Monitoring programme, quality and health & safety on site
Liaising with suppliers, consultants and internal teams
Ensuring works comply with project specifications and UK regulations
👤Requirements
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
2–4 years’ experience in building construction (edificación)
Proactive, organised and eager to learn
Ability to work on site in a structured and fast-paced environment
English level suitable for site coordination
