This role could be either in Bucharest area or in Constanza area, in Romania.

Main Objective of the Position:

To guarantee the correct execution of thermal qualification and validation projects for equipment, systems, and controlled environments (rooms), both at client facilities and in the laboratory. This involves ensuring compliance with quality, safety standards, and applicable regulations. To contribute to client satisfaction through accurate technical solutions, reliable reports, and efficient project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thermal qualifications, validations, and on-site testing at client facilities (equipment, chambers, autoclaves, rooms, etc.), ensuring the traceability of results.
• Develop, review, and execute qualification protocols and reports in compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate the planning and monitoring of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and client requirements are met.
• Analyse results and detect deviations, proposing corrective actions or technical improvements.
• Maintain fluid communication with the client throughout all project phases, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.
• Collaborate with the Quality, Calibration, and Sales departments to align activities with corporate standards and client needs.
• Ensure safety, order, and cleanliness in the work performed on-site or in the laboratory.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and technical documentation.

Obiectivul principal al postului:

Asigurarea executării corecte a proiectelor de calificare termică și validare pentru echipamente, sisteme și medii controlate (încăperi), atât la sediul clientului, cât și în laborator. Aceasta presupune respectarea standardelor de calitate, siguranță și a reglementărilor aplicabile. Contribuie la satisfacția clientului prin soluții tehnice precise, rapoarte fiabile și o gestionare eficientă a proiectelor.

Responsabilități cheie:

1. Efectuarea calificărilor, validărilor și testărilor termice la fața locului (echipamente, camere, autoclave, încăperi etc.), asigurând trasabilitatea rezultatelor.
2. Elaborarea, revizuirea și executarea protocoalelor și rapoartelor de calificare în conformitate cu GMP, standarde ISO și reglementările aplicabile.
3. Coordonarea planificării și monitorizării proiectelor alocate, asigurând respectarea termenelor, calității și cerințelor clientului.
4. Analizarea rezultatelor și identificarea deviațiilor, propunând acțiuni corective sau îmbunătățiri tehnice.
5. Menținerea unei comunicări fluide cu clientul pe tot parcursul proiectului, asigurând satisfacția și încrederea acestuia.
6. Colaborarea cu departamentele Calitate, Calibrare și Vânzări pentru alinierea activităților la standardele companiei și la nevoile clientului.
7. Asigurarea siguranței, ordinii și curățeniei la locul de muncă, în teren sau în laborator.
8. Participarea activă la îmbunătățirea continuă a proceselor, metodologiilor și documentației tehnice.
