At RDT Ingenieros, we are growing our automotive division and are looking for a Test Executor & Data Analyst – LV/HV Systems to join our team in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area.

The Test Executor & Data Analyst performs manual and automated tests on LV, MV and HV systems, ensuring correct functionality, performance, safety and compliance with test catalogues.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles or test benches (SW update, coding, instrumentation).
• Execute tests defined in the test catalogue (Energy Management, HV Safety, Battery tests, Thermal, Charging, etc.).
• Collect and analyse measurement data (CAN, XCP, DLT, logs).
• Document results and create clear test reports.
• Support issue reproduction and propose improvement actions.

What we’re looking for

• Knowledge of CANoe/CANape or similar tools.
• Understanding of LV/MV/HV vehicle systems.
• Basic programming skills (CAPL, Python) are valued.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and work collaboratively.
